Access to the Spa (for 16+ year-old only) is available every day for a bunch of guests (time to be communicated when preparing your stay).
Prices are all-inclusive and cannot be broken down. Any service not used will be invoiced as part of a package.
Our prices do not include tourist tax (€1/person/day) or eco-participation (on a voluntary basis : €1/person/day, donated to nature protection associations).
Supplements apply for Christmas Eve dinner: +50 €/person – New Year’s Eve dinner: +65 €/person (including aperitif and other surprises).
PRIVATIZATION of the premises is available on request (validation upon request). As the ecolodge is in that case completely private for you (rooms, restaurant and site), the price is not to be compared with the usual prices and will never possibly be revised afterwards. This is a specific and unique offer.
A contract will be sent to you for this specific type of stay, specifying the services offered (on request) beyond breakfast and access to the Boreal Spa (2 hours per day, during a time slot to be defined). The stay will be pre-registered (50% on booking, 50% one month before) and will only give rise to payment of extras upon departure.
Arrival: 4:00 – 6:00 pm.
In case of late arrival, thank you for telling us.
Departure: 8:00-11:00 am.
In case of an early or late check-out, thank you to kindly inform us beforehand.
DEPOSIT
Any booking becomes effective only after the payment of a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount of the stay, deductable at the end of the stay, provided that it is respected in its entirety / 100% of amount for runaways.
Last-minute stays (booked less than 15 days in advance) and those offered in Early Bird mode (booked more than 45 days in advance) are fully prepaid and cannot be cancelled or modified.
Any stay that has started will be invoiced totally.
For special offers, in particular Zen retreats and Wow immersions, the deposit will only be debited once the date has been confirmed (subject to a minimum number of guests). Certain discounted offers will be debited in full, with no refund in the event of cancellation.
Reservations for rooms are not subject to the availability of additional activities or services, the terms and conditions of which will be communicated to you separately. Any activity requested that shall not be available will not lead to cancellation.
CANCELLATION
The deposit is kept by the hotel-keeper for any booking cancelled 30 days or earlier to the beginning of the stay.
If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a €25 administration fee (per room booked).
No refunds will be made for special offers (taking advantage of a rate below the above price scale, including Last-minute and Early Bird offers).
At -7 days, the totality of the stay will be due, except if you booked with the cancellation cover – offered in the majority of bookings – (from 3 days ahead).
MODIFICATION OF THE STAY
In the event of a change in the arrival and/or departure date, the amount of the initial stay will be fully charged, as a compensation, unless prior acceptance of the reservation team. This does not apply to special offers.
In case of no show, the full stay will be charged.
Payment: Visa, Euro/Mastercard – bank transfers
For any request of booking the ecolodge as a private home (4 rooms minimum), the sales conditions will be specified with the quotation. For travel agents and Tour Operators’ requests, sales conditions will also be communicated upon quote, always processed by prepayment.
Gift vouchers are offered with a limited validity, clearly specified upon booking. They are not to be extended or reimbursed whatever the reasons. Once the date blocked, the booking is considered definitive.
