Prices are quoted in Suites inspired by nature with the dinner, excluding drinks, and breakfast / with breakfast only in Escape rooms – on the basis of double occupancy.
B&B for (semi)private stays, with Chef on request and Concierge service included.
Access to the Spa (for 16+ year-old only) is available every day for a bunch of guests (time to be communicated when preparing your stay).
Prices are all-inclusive and cannot be broken down. Any service not used will be invoiced as part of a package.
Our prices do not include tourist tax (€1.45/person/day) or eco-participation (on a voluntary basis : €1/person/day, donated to nature protection associations).
Supplements apply for Christmas Eve dinner: +€50/person – New Year’s Eve dinner: +€65/person (including aperitif and other surprises).
PRIVATISATION of the premises is available on request (online booking with validation within 24 hours). As the ecolodge is completely private (rooms, restaurant, Spa and site), the price is not to be compared with the usual prices and cannot be revised afterwards. This is a specific and unique offer. The same applies to the semi-privatised offer, with individual times and places but without privatisation of the whole site.
A contract will be sent to you for this specific type of stay, specifying the additional services (on request) beyond the breakfast included and access to the Boreal Spa (2 hours per day, during a time slot to be defined). The privatised stay will be pre-registered (50% on booking, 50% one month ahead) and will only give rise to payment of extras on departure.
Arrival: from 4:00 pm.
In case of late arrival, thank you for telling us.
Departure: before 11:00 am.
In case of an early or late check-out, thank you to kindly inform us beforehand.
DEPOSIT
Any booking becomes effective only after the payment of a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount of the stay, deductable at the end of the stay, provided that it is respected in its entirety / 100% of amount for runaways, as one-night only stays.
Last-minute stays and those offered in Early Bird mode or SLOW (booked +15 days) are fully prepaid and cannot be cancelled or modified.
Any stay that has started will be invoiced totally.
For special offers, in particular retreats and immersions subject to a minimum number of participants, the deposit will only be debited once the date has been confirmed. Certain discount offers will be debited for the full amount of the stay, with no refund in the event of cancellation. All these conditions are specified at the time of booking, online on our website, with a Safebooking insurance provided.
Reservations for rooms are not subject to the availability of additional activities or services, the terms and conditions of which will be communicated to you separately. Any activity requested that shall not be available will not lead to cancellation.
CANCELLATION
The full deposit amount will be retained if the reservation is cancelled less than 15 days before the arrival date, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
We remind you that cancellation coverage is available when booking via Safebooking. As you can probably understand, in the interest of ensuring the sustainability of the ecolodge, which is important to us far beyond the purely economic aspect, it is no longer possible for us to postpone and cancel cancellations at our own expense, as we have been doing for over a year.
If you are more than 15 days away, you will be offered the option of postponing your stay for 12 months or, failing that, cancelling it for a €50 administration fee (only one postponement possible).
Special offers announced as non-cancellable (benefiting from a price below the price list) are not eligible for reimbursement.
From -15 days to 4 days, the deposit (50% of the stay) will be due.
At -4 days, the entire stay will be due.
If you have taken out the Safebooking cancellation insurance offered at the time of booking, please contact the organization for compensation. We will have your invoice available upon request.
MODIFICATION OF THE STAY
In the event of a change in the arrival and/or departure date, the amount of the initial stay will be fully charged, as a compensation, unless prior acceptance of the reservation team. This does not apply to special offers.
In case of no show, the full stay will be charged.

Requests from travel agencies or Tour Operators are always processed on a prepaid basis.
Gift vouchers are offered with a limited validity, clearly specified at the time of booking. Any deferment conditions are clearly detailed with the offer.
