Set within a 300-year-old barn built from volcanic stone, the retreat blends architecture and landscape through a philosophy inspired by biophilic design. Botanical pigments colour the walls, volcanic stone shapes the space, and each window opens like a living canvas onto the wild landscapes beyond.
Privatised as a base camp, « instants d’Absolu » – Luxury Ecolodge & Spa welcomes small private groups of 4 to 12 guests seeking a rare luxury: space, silence and deep connection with nature in the volcanic mountains of the Cantal.
