When you fill in the form
The The journey to us form collects the information you enter: your first name, last name and email address, which we need in order to reply, and, if you choose to give them, your telephone number, country of residence, city of departure, preferred dates, number of guests and what you would like to experience here.
This information is sent by email to the ecolodge, at info@ecolodge-france.com, for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry. It is never sold, never passed on, never used for advertising, and never used for any marketing mailing.
The processing rests on your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending. Your message is kept for the time of the exchange, then in the ecolodge’s mailbox.
When you request a booking
The availability button takes you to Elloha, the booking engine used by the ecolodge. From that moment you leave this page, and the data you send is processed by Elloha and by 100 % PURE AUVERGNE, under the conditions of that service.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the amended French Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you.
